SanBar Management is the top-tier organization overseeing a group of specialized entities within the oil and gas industry, each focused on streamlining critical components of hydraulic fracturing and energy logistics. As the parent company, SanBar Management provides centralized leadership, operational strategy, and financial oversight for its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent performance, innovation, and service delivery across all divisions. With deep industry experience and a focus on efficiency, SanBar Management plays an essential role in unifying the operations of its various service lines to better serve energy clients across Texas and beyond.

Under SanBar Management’s direction are five distinct operational entities. SanBar Energy Services manages transloading operations, coordinating the movement of rail-delivered materials from customer shipments to frack sites or storage tanks throughout West Texas. SanBar Sand Management specializes in building and running high-capacity sand plants—such as the one recently completed in Mintone, Texas for Devon Energy—and is actively developing four to five additional facilities. SanBar Slurry, currently being implemented, focuses on direct sand delivery from processing plants to frack sites, removing the need for traditional trucking and reducing overall fracking costs. SanBar Inc provides building and construction materials to our partners in South America. Each of these entities operates with a clear mission, but it is SanBar Management that provides the structure and strategic coordination to ensure they all work together effectively.
